I personally adore these types of silky, flowing blouses because they combine the essential elements of comfort and elegance. These blouses can be dressed up or down and paired with so many things, giving you the versatility of a great go to piece in your wardrobe. Tonight is probably the biggest night for those holiday parties filled with loved ones, secret santa gift exchanges and way too much eggnog! The huge decision is, of course, what to wear. It’s no secret LiLo hasn’t made the best choices in the past several years, especially on the fashion front! BUT, I kind of really love this look…perhaps her new found freedom (for now) and her Playboy spread has given her a fresh outlook on how to dress as a classy lady. Keep up the good work, sista!!!
Is it just me, or does everyone want to wear lace around Christmastime? There’s something about the look and feel of this oh so delicate and feminine material that really puts me in the holiday spirit! I especially love the blue lace shorts-pair with tights and a pump or wedge giving you a casual, yet sophisticated look-great for a holiday gathering! Splendid and Trouvé=the most comfortable and softest clothes EVER. It’s so hard to find cute “lounge” clothes. There’s no better feeling than throwing on that old t-shirt with your favorite sweatpants that are frayed and worn on the bottoms. BUT, there are those times when you want to feel comfortable and look stylish as well…
Thanksgiving and Christmas days, for example-you are with family and friends and would like to look somewhat presentable, but definitely need to have those loose clothes on with plenty of give-we all know what I’m talking about. Leather has certainly made a comeback this year…I do believe the last time I wore leather pants was on my 21st birthday-which, unfortunately, was not in the last 10 years. The tricky thing about leather is if not worn properly, you will most certainly look like trash.
